We strive to make every Synergee athlete satisfied with their purchase and offer a 30 Day No Sweat Guarantee. In the first 30 days of receiving your product, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will perform a return or refund (on a case-by-case basis). Beyond this 30-day window, the product you ordered from Synergee is covered by one of the following warranties. The warranties begin from the day of purchase.
Synergee will warranty this product for the lifetime of the product from defects in appearance and performance on account of inapt material, delivery, and workmanship prior to the purchaser receiving the product. This Lifetime Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as they own it. This warranty cannot be transferred or claimed by anyone other than the original purchaser.
Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, abuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues the original purchaser has with a Synergee product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Push the arm towards the collar until it is snug on the bar. It should be at about a 90 degree angle with the hinge. Easy as that, you’re ready to lift!
Between being locked and open, your barbell arm will be open and inline with the hinge. Don’t try to pull it off yet! It will still be gripping the bar.
Push the arm away from the bar until you hear a “click”. Once opened fully, your collar will slide smoothly off the bar sleeve.

Due to the COVID Pandemic, Synergee barbells are set to be put under extreme cleaning procedures. Due to the unprecedented use of liquid cleaners on our bars’ surfaces, rusting may occur. At this time, we are not offering warranty coverage for rusting on any of our barbells.
We highly encourage you to follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as recommended by your local public health authorities. We also strongly encourage you to:
• use proper cleaners (i.e. refrain from using vinegar);
• allow the disinfectant/sanitation spray to stay on for the necessary amount of contact time (see instructions on your specific cleaning product);
• and – most importantly – wipe all moisture and liquid cleaning product from your barbell after following the specified contact period
If your barbell arrives defective or rusted, we will be more than happy to address your concerns. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a replacement. Any inquires after 5 days will NOT be eligible for a replacement.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All warranties including Lifetime Warranty only cover against bar bending for the first 30 days after delivery. Furthermore, we do not cover a bar that has bent due to any of the following by the user: negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack; excessive dropping with iron plates, 15 lbs or thinner bumper plates, damaged bumpers, or no plates at all; excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces; and any other careless usage). All concerns regarding a Synergee product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any issues that are a result of abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues will be denied refund/replacement.

Regular maintenance with our Bar Cleaning Kit is simple and take minutes, and in turn it will ward off corrosion that will inevitably result from regular usage and humidity. Refusing to perform maintenance on your bar can negatively impact its longevity. Cleaning the shaft of your bar every other week with this Bar Maintenance Kit will keep your bar in peak position. We recommend wearing safety glasses and gloves when cleaning (not included)
