Synergee Ankle Weights are comfortable, adjustable and versatile. They will fit perfectly into any lifestyle or workout routine you use them for.

Whether they are adding resistance to everyday-walking or being integrated into your strength, core or step workouts, these neoprene weights will feel comfortable on your skin and stay put with our Velcro straps.

These Weights can be used on your wrists or ankles and come in 2 different weight sets. Our 10 lb set comes with 10 x 1 lb removable weights and each Ankle Weight can be loaded with up to 5 Removable Weights, i.e. 5 lbs each Ankle Weight. Our 20 lb set comes with 10 x 2 lb removable weights and each Ankle Weight can be loaded with up to 5 Removable Weights, i.e. 10 lbs per Ankle Weight.

They are perfect for all levels of athletes and can be customized for whatever workout you are going to crush!
