Synergee Rack Attachments

Each of our Synergee Rack Attachments fit perfectly on our 2x2 Squat Rack and Power Rack (and is compatible with any other 2x2-tube racks!). Rack attachments are sold separately from the Rack, and from each other. Other attachment options include: Upgraded J Cups, Upgraded Safety Arms, Plate Storage, Landmine, Dip Station, and Barbell Holder. Equip your rack with everything you need for a strength, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning workout! Plus, the storage attachments will add organization to your gym space.


J-Cup

Our J-Cups are made from high quality steel, covered with a sleek black powder coating and are compatible with any 2x2 tube racks. Our mounting peg is a 0.98” diameter, allowing it to sit comfortable in the 1” holes. Each J Cup is 6” tall and offers a 3.1" x 2” shelf to hold the barbell. A thick layer of UHMW plastic lines the bottom of the arm to reduce metal on metal contact between the bar and J-Cups.

Safety Arms

Our Synergee Safety Arms are strong, steel extensions to add on to your 2x2-tube Squat or Power Rack. These Arms extend 15.5" from your rack uprights to hold or catch your barbell while you're working out! These Safety Arms are layered with thick, UHMW plastic bolted in place to protect your barbell from metal-on-metal contact. This means you can easily clear the J Cups for your lift and set yourself up for a comfortable squat or press; and then, if you need to bail, you can do so without wincing! These arms are a must have for serious lifters who want to test their limits safely AND keep their bar safe from damage, too.

Plate Storage

Our Synergee Plate Storage Attachment works with a Power Rack with 2x2 Tubes and 1-inch openings; a steel gauge of 16 or thicker; and at least 750 lb weight capacity. Using these Plate Storage Attachments on a rack without these specifications could result in damage to equipment or injury. This Attachment can hold bumper plates, competition plates, old school cast iron plates: as long as they have 2" openings, they'll work perfectly! With 11.8" length and 500 lb weight capacity this attachment will have a huge impact!

Our Synergee Plate Storage Attachment works with a Power Rack with 2x2 Tubes and 1-inch openings; a steel gauge of 16 or thicker; and at least 750 lb weight capacity. With a 300 LB capacity, feel free to perform weighted pull ups, too! The world is your oyster and this piece of gear will help you reach out and grab it.

This Holder attaches to the back of your rack and will hold your barbell out of the way - but still in reach! - to make your Rack more efficient and functional.

This Barbell Holder is made to fit on 2x2 Racks with 1" openings. This Barbell Holder is intended for Racks with uprights that are 90" tall or more so the barbell can clear the ground and rack's base. There are 2 sleeves available on the Landmine: one for 1"-sleeve barbells, and one for 2"-sleeve barbells! Insert the barbell into the sleeve to perform compound exercises build your strength, stabilizers, control, and full body power.

Our matador-style Dip Station adds a stable spot to bang out some tricep dips! This station provides awesome, complementary exercises to your strength-based and pull-up workouts. Attach it to your rack using the mounting peg and pin, and you'll have 2 arms extending 13" outwards and spaced 26" apart that you can use for dips! This Dip Station is compatible with racks that have 2x2 Tubes, 1" openings, and openings spaced 1" apart. This Dip Station must be used on a Rack that has been bolted to the ground to avoid tipping. Our Dip Station can also be mounted inside the rack (instead of extending outwards). Our Dip Station has a 350 lb weight capacity, welcoming you to practice a range of dips from modified to unassisted to weighted! Build your tricep and core strength. Our Dip Bar is easy to set up, and easy to take down, and will increase the versatility of your Rack.
