    Raise the bar on your workouts with one of our Synergee T Bars. Available in 3 styles: Three-Handle Bar, Long T Bar, and Short T Bar. Each style offers a unique grip and wicked exercises to add to your workouts. Each Handle has sleeves to fit 1” and 2” barbells to suit the equipment you’ve already got in your gym!

    Build your back, core, bicep, and lat strength all at once with these handles. Add a new dimension of movements to your workout routine with your landmine. The Three-Handle T Bar offers grips for a narrow two-handed rows and unilateral rows. The Long T Bar provides a wide grip for rows; and the Short T Bar is made for narrow, hammer grip pulls.

    THREE-HANDLE T BAR

    The Three-Handle T Bar provides two types of grips on one handle. Lift with a narrow overhand grip or get after it one arm at a time, using the parallel and perpendicular grips. Performing rows and deadlifts with this handle will target your triceps, traps, core, and obliques!

    LONG GRIP T BAR

    Wide-grip pulls with the Long Grip T Bar will make your latissimus dorsi stronger and more defined. Hold the handle with an overhand, wide-spread grip to get that back involved in your landmine workouts.

    SHORT-GRIP T BAR

    The Short-Grip T Bar is a matador-style bar with grips on either side for a narrow, parallel hand-hold. Narrow grips allow your arms and shoulders to move through an increased range of motion and keeps them under tension for longer; and that means more gains!
